The result saw #T951 Tapatarawat Joesonnnusont delivering a flawless and explosive start, maintaining his momentum to cross the finish line first. Meanwhile, #77 Ou Moeut Saly edged past #T52 Supak Settura to secure second place.
With overall scores, #T52 Supak Settura stood on the podium as the winner of the “WGP#1 Waterjet World Cup 2024”- Pattaya Grand Prix in PRO SPORT GP, which is his 8th championship in this class. #77 Ou Moeut Saly won a double title in the “WGP#1 Waterjet World Series 2024” and “Siam Watercraft - WGP#1 Waterjet Asian Championships 2024”
In the PRO-AM RUNABOUT 1100 OPEN, the race marked the return of an intense showdown featuring the latest World Cup Champion, #45 Suphathat Footrakul from Thailand, the current World Champion, #26 Louis Buhisan from the Philippines, and rising Thai star #142 Kasidit Theeraprateep. Adding to the competition was #77 Ou Moeut Saly from Cambodia, ready to shake things up as a strong contender.
#45 Suphathat Footrakul continued to assert his dominance as the number 1 rider in this category, taking the lead ahead of #142 Kasidit Theeraprateep and riding confidently, winning 3 consecutive motos.
In the final moto, #45 Suphathat Footrakul took the lead at first, but he made a mistake, his craft stalled. It was a chance for #142 Kasidit Teeraprateep to overtake and cross the finish line in first, leaving #45 Suphathat Footrakul in second.
